CHEESE AND ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichokes hearts (Pope is what brand usually used) (cut up artichokes
1/4 or more. Do not get marinated kind).
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese (use fresh grated cheese)
Lemon juice to taste
1 garlic clove, chopped fine or garlic powder

Cook about 30 minutes in 325 degree oven.
