BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 c. chopped green New Mexican chilies, which have been roasted, peeled, stems and seeds removed
1 lb. frozen pizza or bread dough
1 1/2 c. hashed brown potatoes
1/2 lb. cooked sausage or Chorizo, drained
6 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
6 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. chopped black olives
1 tsp. crushed oregano
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Press dough into a 10 inch round pan and let rise for 30 minutes. Cover bottom of pan with hash brown potatoes and sausage. Beat together the eggs, milk, onions, olives, oregano and chili and pour into pan. Top with grated cheese and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until egg mixture is set. Serves 6.
