BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Fry and drain sausage. Spread roll dough in 9"x13" baking dish. Sprinkle sausage on dough. Sprinkle hash brown potatoes over sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheese over potatoes. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
