BREAKFAST PIZZA 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender until fine crumbs. Stir in milk until dough leaves sides of bowl. Dough will be soft and sticky. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead 10 times. Press dough with floured hands into 15 1/2 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sausage links, thinly sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Beat milk, onion, salt and eggs in medium bowl, stir in cheese. Spread over dough. Arrange sausages top. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake in 425 degree oven until set about 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6 to 8.
