2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls 1 tube mild Bob Evans sausage 1 med. can sliced mushrooms 1 sm. bag frozen diced potatoes with onions and green peppers, thawed 5 brown and serve smoked sausages, diced 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 8 med. beaten eggs Salt and pepper to taste Press crescent roll dough, after unwinding, into deep oblong pan or dish, 15x4 inches approximately. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove. Cool. Brown sausage, drain. Break into small pieces. Spoon on top of sausage. Top with potato, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Finish topping with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Slice and serve. Good topped with salsa and chopped green chilies. Serves 15. |
