SAUSAGE AND EGG BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage and drain. Separate crescent dough and place in lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and sides to form crust and seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in 375°F oven for 30 minutes or until egg is cooked.
