SWEET POTATO PRALINE 
3 c. cooked & mashed fresh yams (or 2 lg. fat cans)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all, put into buttered 2 quart casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. soft butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients. Spoon mixture on top of yams. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
