EXTRA ORDINARY EGG SALAD 
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped ham
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash black pepper

In a small bowl stir eggs, mayo, ham, onion, mustard and pepper together. Cover, chill. Makes about 2 cups.
