TOFU EGG SALAD 
2 lbs. tofu
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. natural soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt, garlic powder, turmeric, celery seeds, black pepper, to taste
3 stalks celery, sliced thin
1/2 c. minced onion and green pepper

Press water out of tofu and place in bowl. Break up tofu with a fork. Add other ingredients; chill overnight.
