EGG AND ASPARAGUS SALAD 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
6 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 can asparagus tips, finely cut
1/4 c. scallions, thinly sliced
1 heart lettuce, finely cut

To mayonnaise add eggs, asparagus tips and scallions and blend. Chill until ready to serve. Fold in crisped lettuce heart, finely cut. Serve on crisp lettuce with additional mayonnaise. Serves 6-8.
