SCALLOPED ASPARAGUS & EGGS 
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans asparagus, drained (reserve liquid)
4-5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2-3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 c. white sauce, use drained asparagus liquid instead of all milk

Grease casserole dish, layer asparagus, eggs, cheese and white sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
