ONE STEP LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. salt
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagna noodles
24 oz. cottage cheese
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Brown hamburger meat and drain. Combine beef, water, salt and spaghetti sauce.

In 9x13-inch pan, layer 1/3 meat sauce, 1/2 uncooked noodles, 1/2 carton cottage cheese, 1/3 mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake, covered, at 350°F for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let set for 20 minutes before cutting.
