3 tbsp. light molasses
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. bottled hot sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 lbs. ground beef
3 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 env. onion soup mix
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley

Blend molasses and mustard in large bowl. Stir in vinegar, ketchup, milk, eggs, onion soup mix and bread crumbs. Stir to mash crumbs. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pack in greased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Can put bacon over top. Before it is finished, I pour off any fat in the pan and let it finish, 20 or 30 minutes.
