POTATO SOUP 
6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
2 onions, chopped
1 carrot, pared and sliced
1 stalks celery, sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes or 4 tsp. chicken seasoning in 5 cups water
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. butter

Put all ingredients into a crock pot. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. or 3 to 4 hours on high. Stir in 13 ounce can evaporated milk. Serve topped with chopped chives.
