FANNIE MAY FUDGE | |
2 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding (not instant) 1/4 lb. butter (1 stick) 1/2 c. milk 3 1/2 c. 10X sugar (1 lb.) 1/2 c. nuts (optional) 1/2 tsp. vanilla In saucepan, melt butter, add milk and 2 packages pudding. Boil gently for 1 minute. Turn off heat. Add sugar, nuts and vanilla. Mix until smooth (with wooden spoon). Put into 8 x 8 inch pan and cool. Called Fannie May Fudge because your Fannie may grow larger. |
