FANNY MAE FUDGE 
4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
25 lg. marshmallows
1 c. butter (must use butter)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips plus 1/4 c.
2 oz. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix sugar, milk, vanilla, and butter in pan. Bring to boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add all chocolate and stir until melted. Add nuts. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Let stand. Cut and box. Makes about 5 pounds.
