FREEZER SLAW 
1 med. cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar

Mix cabbage and salt; let set for 1 hour. Drain well. Add carrot and pepper. Boil other ingredients 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm; pour over cabbage, carrot and green pepper. Put into freezer container and freeze until ready to use. Thaw before serving. Is good when still icy.
