MEXICAN NUT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients together.

Cream Cheese Icing:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with cream cheese icing.
