TUNA FISH CRUNCH 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, water packed
1 sm. to med. head cabbage
Lemon juice
Mayonnaise
1 (9 oz.) bag Lays potato chips

Shred cabbage as you would for coleslaw. Rinse tuna and add to shredded cabbage. Mix well, breaking up tuna. Add lemon juice to eliminate "fishy" taste of tuna. Stir in several spoonfuls of mayonnaise to desired consistency. (As if making slaw.) Mix well.

Before serving, take bag of potato chips and "crunch" by mashing bag of chips. Mix into tuna fish to add "crunch". Serve alone or with crackers.
