PECAN CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and potato chips and pecans. Stir in flour. Form in small balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a glass rubbed with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
