CHOCOLATE PEANUT/CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1/4 c. chocolate flavored syrup

In small mixing bowl, combine flour and baking soda.

In large mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium speed 30 seconds. Add peanut butter and chocolate syrup; beat on medium speed until well mixed. Add flour mixture to beaten mixture, beating on low speed after each addition until combined.

Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven about 10 minutes or until surface appears dry and cookies are set. Let stand on cookie sheet 1 minute, remove to wire rack to cool. Makes about 36 cookies.
