BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
12 oz. cold beer
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one large loaf pan (or 3 mini loaf pans).

Combine flour, sugar and beer. Stir in caraway seeds and raisins. Bake t 350 degrees for 50 minutes until golden brown. May be frozen.
