BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pkg. herbal stuffing mix

Cook broccoli. Combine eggs, onion, mushroom soup and mayonnaise. Place layer of broccoli in buttered 2 quart casserole. Add layer of cheese. Pour small amount of sauce on top. Repeat layers until all are used. Top with stuffing. Sprinkle butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
