BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
16 oz. frozen broccoli
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. milk
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 lb. butter
3 eggs

Cook broccoli according to package instructions. Place in bottom of casserole dish. Mix 8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup milk, and pour over broccoli. Pour package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix on top. Moisten by mixing 1/4 pound of melted butter and 3 eggs and pouring on top of stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
