BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cook according to directions
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs
3 tbsp. grated onion
2 c. grated cheese
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, mixed with 3/4 stick melted butter

Beat eggs; mix with soup, mayonnaise, and onion. Layer 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 soup mixture, and 1/2 cheese. Repeat. Top with stuffing mix. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
