BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. celery
1 sm. bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Velveeta cheese
Milk
Flour
butter

Wh ile frozen broccoli cooks according to package directions, saute onion and celery in butter in skillet. Pour off water from broccoli into cup, add to saute mixture for liquid along with Pepperidge Farm stuffing. Add water if necessary to consistency of moist stuffing.

Make cheese white sauce with Velveeta, flour, butter and milk and don't scrimp on cheese. In greased baking dish, put broccoli in to cover bottom. Pour cheese sauce over the broccoli and spoon stuffing on top and heat thoroughly until cheese is bubbly throughout, about 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
