BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
2 sm. chopped onions
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Boil broccoli for 5 minutes and drain. After combining remaining ingredients in casserole bowl, fold in broccoli. Top with Pepperidge Farm stuffing and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
