BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 chopped med. onion
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 can water chestnuts
1 stick melted butter

Cook broccoli for a few minutes in boiling water. Drain. Mix all ingredients together and put into a lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
