MINUTEMAN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, spears of chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Butter

Cook broccoli according to directions. Drain, place in casserole dish. Combine soup, eggs, cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven to 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Yield 5-6 servings.
