MOM'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 egg, beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter

Cook broccoli in salted water until tender, drain. Mix all ingredients except broccoli and dressing mix. Then add broccoli and stir well. Pour into well greased dish. Melt butter and mix dressing into it. Spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
