CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 whole chicken breast
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
20 oz. broccoli, fresh or frozen
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. bread crumbs
butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut up cooked and deboned chicken. Cook broccoli. In 11 x 13 inch buttered pan, layer broccoli, then chicken. Mix together soup, cheese and salad dressing. Spread over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour.
