CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 chicken breasts
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
2 cans chicken soup
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
1 stick butter
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 c. chicken broth

Cook and cube chicken. Place in bottom of 8 x 12 inch baking dish and cover with broccoli. Mix soup, broth, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle over the dressing mix. Dribble over with melted butter. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
