CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 split chicken breasts, chopped
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise (NOT salad dressing)
1 tsp. curry powder
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook chicken, Thaw broccoli just enough to break apart and put on bottom of 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Place de-boned chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Mix soup with mayonnaise and curry powder. Put cheese on top. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or microwave at full power for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
