CHICKEN/BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts (cooked, skinned and cut up)
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli (cooked and drained)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm Herb dressing (crumbs)
4 or 5 tbsp. butter (melted)

Place cooked broccoli in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Place cut up chicken on top of broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice and pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix dressing mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes until hot.
