SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, drained squash
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can French onion

Mix and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 35 minutes or until set. After cooking 20 minutes add French onion as topping. Return to oven; cook 15 minutes more.
