1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
8 c. Corn Chex
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together chips, peanut butter, and butter. Then pour over Corn Chex and mix well. Put in brown bag and add the powdered sugar. Shake well.
