CORN FLAKE CHICKEN 
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 egg
Cut up chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
Kellogg's corn flake crumbs

Beat egg well. Stir in milk. Dip chicken in milk and egg then roll in corn flake crumbs. Place in foil lined pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

This was delicious!!! My 11 year old son picked this recipe and it was so good. I seasoned it to my taste and used less milk because I had less chicken. After an hour, it was done. I do think next time I'm going to turn the chicken halfway through. A new staple recipe! All smiles and full bellies ;-)
