CORN FLAKE CHICKEN | |
1 sm. can evaporated milk 1 egg Cut up chicken Salt and pepper to taste Kellogg's corn flake crumbs Beat egg well. Stir in milk. Dip chicken in milk and egg then roll in corn flake crumbs. Place in foil lined pan. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. |
