POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) grated potato, frozen 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cartons sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped Mix and put in casserole dish (greased). Top with 2 sticks melted butter and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Instead of corn flakes, bran flakes or oat bran flakes may be substituted. |
