CARROT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1 can black walnuts

Mix together sugar and Wesson oil, add eggs, beat well. Add flour, add nuts and carrots. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. canned milk

Add all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until soft ball is formed when dropped in cold water.
