Very good! So easy! I love to BBQ and smoke ribs on a charcoal grill but bad weather and busy day. This is the bomb!

I use organic maple syrup instead of sugar. Works a treat and adds a nice woody sweetness to the pork!

Yummy and tender!.. I didn't have ketchup so I replaced it with a mild BBQ sauce.

My husband makes this exact sauce but puts 2 oranges in it. The juice of course! Lol and also uses brown sugar. Very yummy!

Try simmering the ribs before baking. In a large pan, I use a stock pot, fill about half way up with water. You can season with whatever you want, and place the ribs in. Make sure they are covered by water. Turn the heat up to medium high, bring to a boil, then turn down to a low simmer for about an hour and a half. Longer= more tender. Preheat your oven to 350°F, place ribs in heat proof covered dish and coat with sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes then uncover for for ten minutes. Works for me!

This recipe was FANTASTIC!! I like salty over sweet so this recipe did the trick! I think next time I will add some fresh mushrooms about mid way thru the baking... would be delicious in this 'gravy' that's left over :) Thanks a ton for your recipe :) I now don't have to wait for my husband to crank the grill up!! :)

Excellent! Next time I'm going to make some extra sauce. I didn't have enough to serve on the side. I have noticed that there are some people that can't make a recipe as is. I have a couple of friends and a sister who like my recipes, but as soon as they get them they start suggesting changes to it. I think if you liked it the way I cooked it, why change it. I guess it makes it their recipe then.

I just have to say that it is interesting that everyone comments on how great the recipe is... but most have made "little changes" to the original.. so, it isn't really the same recipe...

I cooked the pork ribs I the crock pot and pour the sauce over it after the ribs were tender. I gave it all of my friends.

The meat was so tender. The flavor was great. My kids asked for seconds....that speaks volumes. Have already made twice and have not been disappointed.

I used half the catsup and added Kraft BBQ sauce for the other half and omitted the Worcestershire sauce. This recipe is going in my keeper box.
