SAVORY COUNTRY STYLE RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. country style spareribs
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Place spareribs in 4 to 6 quart Dutch oven. Add enough salted water to cover. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 1 hour or until ribs are tender; drain. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium skillet, saute onion in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until heated through. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes basting occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
