BAR-B-Q COUNTRY STYLE RIBS | |
1 c. ketchup 1 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 2 tbsp. brown sugar Sprinkle garlic powder 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 2 to 3 lbs. boneless country style ribs Place ribs in 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. While ribs are browning, mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour grease from ribs. Pour sauce over ribs and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, basting once or twice during cooking time. Serves 4 to 6. (Cooper) |
