3 lbs. sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced
3 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and sliced
1 stick butter
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. dark rum
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. lemon juice

In medium bowl, toss apples with lemon juice. Arrange potatoes and apples in 10x13" baking dish; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Spoon over apples and potatoes. Place in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Broil in oven until edges are browned.
