SKILLET ZUCCHINI AND MUSHROOMS 
4 c. sliced zucchini (about 1 lb.)
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (about 4 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. ReaLemon lemon juice concentrate
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning

In large skillet, cook zucchini, mushrooms and onion in butter until tender-crisp. Add remaining ingredients, heat through.
