CRUNCHY HERBED CHICKEN 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. flour
About 2 1/2 lb. chicken or 4 breasts
5 c. Corn Chex cereal, crushed to 1 2/3 c.

Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in seasonings. Add flour. Stir until thoroughly blended. Dip chicken in butter mixture. Roll in Corn Chex cereal crumbs. Allow to dry on rack for 15-20 minutes. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Bake in 375 degree oven for 55-60 minutes. Do Not Turn!
