STUFFED VEGETABLES WITH HERBS
CREAM CHEESE
 
1 pkg. fat free cream cheese (8 oz.)
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. skim milk
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Prepare veggies, cherry tomatoes, celery, cucumber slices, etc.

In small bowl mix cream cheese, milk, seasoning and pepper. With party bag fill vegetables.

Can fill mushrooms (stems pulled out) brush with butter buds in spray with vegetable cooking spray and bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes or until hot.
