VEGETABLE WITH CREAM CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. pkg. mixed vegetables
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Melt butter and blend in flour. Add milk and bring to a boil. Stir until thick. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Pour over cooked vegetables. Mix Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs. Bake casserole at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumbs over vegetables and bake another 30 minutes.
