CREAM CHEESE AND VEGETABLE
SPREAD
 
4 radishes, cut in half
4 scallions, green part included, in 1" pieces
2" cucumber, peeled, seeded & cut into 4 pieces
1/2 celery stick cut into 1" pieces
8 oz. cream cheese, cut into 8 pieces
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

With metal blade in place, add all the vegetables to bowl of food processor. Turn on and off a few times until evenly chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until thoroughly mixed but still crunchy. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
