SWEET AND SOUR DUCK 
2 med. size ducks (wood ducks)
2 c. flour
1 egg
Milk
Salt
Black pepper
Sweet and sour sauce
Cooking oil

Boil ducks until tender; remove bone and break meat into bite-size pieces. Mix flour and egg and stir in milk until you get batter consistency.

Salt and pepper meat; dip in batter, then deep fry in cooking oil until golden brown. Simmer sweet and sour sauce. Pour over meat and serve.
