QUICHE LORRAINE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. half and half
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cayenne
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 pie crust

Combine eggs, milk, butter, salt, nutmeg, and cayenne. Beat well. Sprinkle unbaked pie crust with cheese and bacon, then pour in egg mixture. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 40 minutes. Makes 4 large servings or 6 regular ones.
